I have never encountered such a poorly formulated recipe for a simple cookie dough. Holy hell, I swear as a seasoned baker I have never had such a hard time getting a cookie made. Plantbased folks should absolutely pass up this product - utter disappointment and the cookies turn out terribly.

As a long time fan of the powdered PB I was so excited to try this product and it could not have met the mark less. I’d love to be reached out to about a refund - this product wasted two of my evenings trying to salvage any reasonable output from this product.

overwhelmingly good baking mix

have used the PB2 powder in smoothies and love it, so tried the choc chip cookie mix using mashed banana and was very surprised at how good the cookies were! Soft and full of flavor (will say can taste the banana which I didn't expect but am ok with, so beware if you go this route instead of eggs)., and they stay soft the next day unlike the break and bake other brands. Will try the brownie mix at some point

Had no idea gf cookie could taste this good and so easy with mix in resealable jar! Tastes and looks bakery made. Make a few or all of the mix at same time. Will definitely purchase again!

Oh So Good!

These cookies are very tasty! I liked the ease of pouring the mix into a bowl, adding just a few ingredients and dropping them onto a baking sheet in no time! Be careful not to overbake though, as my second batch was a bit harder than the first. Recipe calls for baking time of 18 minutes, but I recommend 16 minutes for the first batch and 14 minutes for the second if you make the entire container. I WILL be purchasing these again! Enjoy!
